Cast Alloy

Waspaloy

Waspaloy is an austenitic, precipitation-hardened alloy offering strong creep and tensile performance alongside good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 870°C. Its balanced chromium, cobalt, and molybdenum content provides reliable environmental resistance in gas turbine atmospheres, while consistent precipitation hardening response enables tailored heat treatment for a range of component applications. Qualified under PWA 652 and PWA 1471, it is used for turbine discs, shafts, seals, rings, casings, and fasteners across aerospace, defense, and power generation.
