SeAH Superalloy Technologies' NiX XP is a non-magnetic, nickel-base, solid-solution strengthened superalloy powder engineered for additive manufacturing. It delivers high strength at room and elevated temperatures with exceptional oxidation and corrosion resistance to 1204°C (2200°F) and shows reduced crack susceptibility that supports laser powder-bed processing. Serving aerospace, defense, automotive, and energy including oil and gas industries, the material is typically used for turbine rotors, shafts, buckets, bolts, afterburner components, and furnace hardware. Parts can be post-build heat treated to tune properties, machined, welded, and conventionally polished or coated.
282 is a gamma prime strengthened nickel-base superalloy powder with high creep strength and strong fabricability for additive manufacturing.
