SeAH Superalloy Technologies' 718 XP is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-base superalloy powder engineered for additive manufacturing, supporting LPBF, EBM, and binder jetting. It delivers high tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance to 704°C (1300°F), with resistance to chlorides, stress corrosion, and sulfide stress cracking. Serving aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial markets, it is commonly used for jet engine and high-speed airframe parts, instrumentation devices, gas turbine components, oil and gas tooling, and high-temperature impellers. Properties can be tailored through post-build heat treatment and the material is weldable and can be machined, polished, and coated if required.
282 is a gamma prime strengthened nickel-base superalloy powder with high creep strength and strong fabricability for additive manufacturing.
