Powder Alloy

625 XP

SeAH Superalloy Technologies' 625 XP is a non-magnetic, nickel-base superalloy powder engineered for additive manufacturing. It delivers high strength and toughness ranging from cryogenic temperatures to 1093°C (2000°F), with excellent fatigue performance and resistance to oxidation and chloride stress-corrosion cracking. The material is ideal for heat shields, furnace hardware, combustion liners and spray bars, gas turbine ducting, chemical plant hardware, and marine service. Parts can be post-build heat treated to tune properties, machined, welded, and conventionally polished or coated.
