L-605 is solid-solution strengthened by tungsten and chromium, providing good creep and tensile strength at temperatures up to approximately 980°C alongside strong resistance to oxidation and hot corrosion. Originally a wrought alloy, its cast form is used for gas turbine nozzle vanes, combustion hardware, and afterburner components in both aero-engines and industrial turbines. The alloy is weldable and supports repair of hot-section hardware, qualified under B50TF144.
282 is a gamma prime strengthened nickel-base superalloy powder with high creep strength and strong fabricability for additive manufacturing.
