B-1900 is strengthened by a high volume fraction of gamma prime precipitates, providing strong creep rupture resistance and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. Developed for investment cast turbine blades in aero-engines and early industrial gas turbines, it offers reliable oxidation resistance and microstructural stability. B-1900 is qualified to AMS 5405 and supported by a range of OEM specifications for blade and vane casting.
