415 SS is a precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel powder suited to laser powder bed fusion for components requiring a combination of moderate corrosion resistance, good hardness, and wear resistance. Qualified to ASTM F3056, ASTM B446, and AISI 415, it is used for valve bodies, pump impellers, flow control components, and general industrial hardware in power generation and automotive applications.
