Building Momentum in Temple: Construction Milestones at SeAH Superalloy Technologies

The pace of construction at our Temple, Texas campus remains strong. Heading into September, we transitioned to completing the remaining major tasks across the office, laboratory, and factory structures. With core structural milestones now complete, crews are advancing to detailed work on overhead and interior components, marking the next phase of readiness.

Completed This Month

  • Factory PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) structure completed
  • High bay area roof completed (1 of 3 roof sections)
  • Crane brackets installed in high bay area (1 of 3 bridge cranes)
  • Office roofing trim-out completed
  • Laboratory wall framing completed

These completions highlight steady advancement across both structural and interior phases, setting the stage for expanded overhead and systems work in the coming months.

Site Infrastructure

  • Onsite flatwork started; 1 of 7 areas complete (roads, parking, site work)
  • Electrical primaries completed
  • Underground secondary electrical work in progress
  • Underground irrigation sleeves installation started

Factory Progress

  • Overhead (OH) work started in high bay area
  • Structural framework reinforced with crane bracket installations
  • First roof section enclosed, improving access for trades

Office and Laboratory Fit-Out

Laboratory

  • Overhead MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) work in progress
  • One-side drywall installation underway

Main Office

  • Interior wall framing started
  • Roofing trim-out completed

Security Building

  • Underground electrical and communications completed
  • Domestic water and sanitary lines installed

Looking Ahead

In October, the team will continue overhead work across all buildings, advance additional roof sections, and expand site flatwork into the remaining areas. Each milestone reinforces the project’s commitment to safety, quality, and schedule discipline as we move toward operational readiness.
