SeAH Superalloy Technologies Construction Update: Major Milestones Reached

Building Momentum in Temple: Construction Milestones at SeAH Superalloy Technologies

Momentum at our new manufacturing campus continues to build. Since ground-breaking we have moved from drawings on paper to a structure that is rapidly taking its final form. Here is a concise look at the milestones our team has reached over the past few weeks.

Foundations and Concrete Work

More than 3,300 cubic yards of concrete have been poured across the site to date, covering major elements like tilt panels, grade beams, and piers. In June, progress continued with the completion of the electrical room slab, demising wall grade beams, and nearly 40 percent of the plant’s slab-on-grade floor. These placements are key to establishing proper elevations and a solid base for the next phases of construction.

Electrical Backbone Secured

All primary and secondary underground conduits are now in place beneath both the office and plant zones. With this network fully installed and all locations validated, crews are set to move forward with above-ground power distribution and equipment hook-ups.

The Building Takes Shape

The final tilt-up panels have been set, completing the exterior envelope and giving us our first true view of the facility’s full footprint. Seeing that last wall rise into position was a major moment for the entire project team.

In the office and lab wing, over 100 tons of structural steel have been installed, and the roof decking is secured. In July, we’ll begin work to make the building fully weather-tight, paving the way for the next phase of construction. These milestones represent a key transition from structural progress to interior development and system integration.

Welcoming Entrances

At both employee and visitor entry points, the steel framework and protective awnings are installed. These finishing touches begin to transform a construction zone into a campus environment ready to welcome staff and guests.

“I couldn’t be more proud of how quickly and safely our teams have transformed the site. Every concrete pour, steel beam, and utility connection brings us closer to launching our world-class facility here in Temple, TX.”
— Jordan Ralph, Chief Operating Officer.

Every yard of concrete, every length of conduit and every beam is the result of careful planning and precise execution by our partners and crews. We are proud of the pace and quality achieved so far and look forward to sharing the next set of milestones as SeAH Superalloy Technologies moves toward full operational readiness.
