Temple, TX facility advances: TCEQ permit secured; steel, paving, energization progress.
Momentum at our Temple, Texas manufacturing campus remains strong. August brought a key permitting win, major structural completions, and steady interior build-out that keeps us right on schedule. Here is a concise look at what moved forward this month.
We received our Approved Air Permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This milestone validates our emissions controls strategy and clears the way for upcoming commissioning activities.
These completions mark the transition from heavy civil work to enclosure and interior systems.
With the building envelope taking shape, we are sequencing trades to accelerate interior work while maintaining safe access routes.
Laboratory
Main Office
We began taking delivery of select laboratory items that will support calibration, validation, and early readiness activities once utilities are live.
The team is focused on transformer energization, continued roof and wall sheeting, and expanding interior finish work across both the factory and office wings. Safety, quality, and schedule discipline remain our guideposts as we move steadily toward operational readiness.
“I’m incredibly proud of how our teams are delivering with speed and safety. From earning our TCEQ air permit to setting steel and energizing the site, every panel, conduit, and roof sheet moves us closer to opening a world-class operation in Temple, Texas.”
