Introducing Cast Ingot: Expanding SeAH’s Superalloy Capabilities

Precision. Reliability. Traceability. Built Into Every Ingot.

SeAH Superalloy Technologies is introducing Cast Ingot, our newest superalloy offering, as our Temple facility moves closer to production.

Developed to support demanding applications across aerospace, power generation, advanced foundries, industrial manufacturing, and other high-performance markets, our Cast Ingot capabilities will expand SeAH's ability to serve customers with nickel-based and cobalt-based superalloys from our facility in Temple, Texas.

Available in a range of alloys, diameters, and lengths, Cast Ingot will be supported by SeAH's advanced manufacturing capabilities, in-house laboratory resources, and technical expertise, creating a direct connection between the material we produce and the teams responsible for understanding, testing, and supporting it.

Expanding Our Role as a Materials Partner

Cast Ingot represents another step in SeAH Superalloy Technologies' long-term investment in the specialty metals industry.

As an independent, non-captive producer, our focus is on supporting the material needs of our customers without competing against them for internal consumption. Adding Cast Ingot to our capabilities strengthens that model, allowing us to support a broader range of manufacturing processes, alloy requirements, and production programs.

For customers, this means another domestic supply option backed by a team focused on collaboration, material quality, and long-term partnership.

"Bringing Cast Ingot production online expands the ways we can support our customers. We're not just adding another product. We're building on our commitment to be a reliable, collaborative materials partner with the capabilities and technical resources to support customers as their needs evolve." - John Lumpp, EVP of Sales & Marketing

Built Around Customer Requirements

High-performance applications demand more than material availability. Customers need confidence in chemistry, consistency, traceability, technical support, and the ability of their supply partners to understand the requirements behind each program.

That is why our Cast Ingot capabilities are being developed around the needs of the customers and industries we serve.

Different applications require different alloys, dimensions, specifications, testing requirements, and downstream processing considerations. By bringing manufacturing and technical expertise together in Temple, our team can work directly with customers to understand those requirements and support programs from initial material discussions through ongoing production.

This customer-focused approach is central to how SeAH operates. Rather than simply supplying material, our goal is to build long-term relationships that allow us to respond as customer programs, production volumes, and material requirements evolve.

Supported by Advanced Laboratory Capabilities

An important part of our Cast Ingot offering is the laboratory capability located alongside our manufacturing operations in Temple.

SeAH's in-house laboratory supports chemistry verification, metallurgical analysis, microstructural evaluation, and material characterization. These capabilities provide critical data for material qualification, process validation, and ongoing quality assurance.

Having these resources under the same roof as production creates a close connection between manufacturing and material evaluation. Our production, quality, and laboratory teams can work directly with both the material and the data used to verify it, supporting faster communication and a deeper understanding of material performance.

For customers, that means access to more than a certificate or specification. It means access to metallurgical expertise and a technical team that understands the material, how it was produced, and the requirements it must meet.

Bringing Cast Ingot Online in Temple

Across our Temple facility, our manufacturing, engineering, quality, laboratory, and commercial teams are working together as we move closer to Cast Ingot production.

The introduction of Cast Ingot represents an important expansion of SeAH Superalloy Technologies' capabilities and another step in our long-term commitment to the specialty metals industry.

For our customers, Cast Ingot provides another domestic source for nickel-based and cobalt-based superalloys backed by a non-captive business model, in-house laboratory resources, technical expertise, and a team focused on partnership.

We're excited to bring these capabilities to the market and to continue building relationships with customers who depend on high-performance materials for some of the world's most demanding applications.
