SeAH Superalloy Technologies Closes Out Q2 with Quality Milestones and Manufacturing Progress

As SeAH Superalloy Technologies closes the second quarter of 2026, we are proud to reflect on a quarter marked by meaningful progress across our laboratory, quality systems, and manufacturing operations. Throughout Q2, we continued investing in the capabilities that matter most to our customers through accredited laboratory services, advanced manufacturing technologies, and a strong commitment to quality.

This quarter also marked continued progress in developing SeAH Superalloy Technologies' non-captive business, strengthening our ability to support external customer programs as our laboratory and manufacturing capabilities continue to grow. Together, these efforts reinforce our long-term commitment to serving the aerospace, additive manufacturing, defense, and advanced industrial markets with trusted technical expertise and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Achieving A2LA Laboratory Accreditation

One of the most significant milestones this quarter was receiving official A2LA Accreditation for chemical analysis and mechanical testing (powder characterization).

This accreditation reinforces our commitment to delivering laboratory services that meet internationally recognized standards for technical competence, quality, and consistency. It also strengthens our ability to support customers with chemical analysis, powder characterization, and quality verification for critical materials testing and manufacturing programs.

"Quality is the foundation of everything we do at SeAH Superalloy Technologies. Achieving A2LA accreditation reflects our commitment to building processes our customers can trust today and as we continue to grow."
— Rich Schreiman, Director of Quality Assurance

As customer requirements continue to evolve, maintaining accredited laboratory capabilities remains an essential part of delivering reliable, repeatable, and technically sound results.

Advancing Manufacturing Through Quality

Quality extends beyond the laboratory and into every stage of our manufacturing operations.

During the quarter, installation of our ingot post-processing line continued, representing another important milestone in expanding our superalloy manufacturing capabilities. Automated manufacturing systems also continue to be implemented throughout the facility to improve process control, traceability, efficiency, and long-term production scalability.

Our production teams have continued comprehensive equipment and process training while standardized operating procedures and quality practices are integrated throughout manufacturing. Supporting this growth also means investing in our people, with hiring efforts continuing across manufacturing, laboratory, engineering, quality, and technical operations.

Together, these investments are establishing the foundation for consistent production, repeatable manufacturing processes, and dependable support for future customer programs.

Partnering with Customers

Throughout Q2, we welcomed customers and industry partners to our facility to discuss ongoing programs, demonstrate our growing capabilities, and strengthen existing relationships.

As SeAH Superalloy Technologies continues building its technical capabilities, our focus remains on partnering with customers from materials qualification through future manufacturing opportunities. By combining accredited laboratory services, advanced materials expertise, responsive collaboration, and a commitment to quality, we are helping customers navigate complex manufacturing and materials challenges with confidence.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the second half of the year, SeAH Superalloy Technologies remains focused on advancing key quality and certification initiatives that support our long-term commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Current initiatives include Nadcap MTL Accreditation, AS9100 Quality Management System Certification, AS9145 APQP Compliance, AS13100 AESQ Compliance, GEA S-1000 qualification, and advancement toward GEA S-400 Certified Materials Testing Laboratory approval.
