SeAH Superalloy Technologies March Construction Update: Moving Full Steam Ahead into Q2

Temple Campus Gains Momentum in March

The first quarter marked a meaningful shift for the Temple campus as SeAH Superalloy Technologies moved from active construction into a more operational phase. With steady progress across the site, the campus is beginning to take on a more complete and cohesive presence heading into Q2.

Campus Progress and Exterior Enhancements

Throughout Q1, work continued across the exterior to reinforce the long-term identity of the site. Signage installation has advanced, bringing stronger visibility and a more established presence to the campus.

Landscaping efforts are now underway and will continue into April, contributing to a more finished and welcoming environment. As construction infrastructure begins to clear, the overall site is transitioning from a jobsite into a functioning facility, with noticeable improvements in both organization and appearance.

Office Activation and Interior Development

One of the most significant milestones this quarter was the activation of the office space. With employees now working on-site, the campus has taken an important step toward full operational readiness.

As teams settle in, the space continues to evolve into a collaborative and functional work environment. The addition of furniture, amenities, and support services has helped create a more comfortable and productive setting, while also bringing consistent activity and energy into the facility.

In March, the team also came together to celebrate SeAH Superalloy Technologies’ anniversary, marking an important moment of reflection and recognition as the Temple campus continues to take shape. The celebration highlighted the progress made so far and the strong foundation being built for the future.

Operations, Equipment, and Workforce Readiness

Facilities buildout continues across the site, with installation of gas storage tanks completed as we prepare for operational readiness. Equipment installation is also progressing in support of future production capabilities, representing a key step toward full-scale operations.

Looking Ahead

As the project moves into Q2, efforts will remain focused on advancing site readiness across both the interior and exterior. Landscaping completion, continued equipment installation, and further operational ramp-up will define the next phase.

“This milestone reflects the dedication and coordination of our teams as we bring the Temple facility to life. From physical construction to operational readiness, each step forward positions us for long-term success.”
— Jordan Ralph, Chief Operating Officer

With construction activity winding down and operations steadily expanding, the Temple campus is well-positioned to build on this momentum. Each step forward brings the facility closer to full production and long-term success.
